As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products but we also provide that same service for ANY product we sell.
Deliveries with recipeints not home or available will either be left at door or office and we will tag your phone or door of where your item is, please try to provide a phone number at all times. Orders with FEDEX or UPS logo are NOT delivered by our store, these are items that are shipped from the warehouse to your door via UPS or FED EX. Call store for tracking information.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, please give us a call, we will glady see what we can do for you.

PLEASE NOTE : Due to the volume of orders received, we cannot accept timed deliveries for any day unless you request a Special "TIMED DELIVERY " which has an extra fee and has to be a called in and approved request.
Please do NOTE, we do give priority to those orders placed earlier in the month and we also try our best to prioritize all business deliveries. We would ask that you provide an alternate address for orders placed late in the holiday week to avoid any delays of processing your order. thank you
